A WAV&S service plan can provide the support you need when technology hiccups or fails including remote network management, phone support, and priority scheduling for on-site appointments.

Platinum Plan

Your TV audio goes out the day before your Superbowl party. Your network is down and you have a Zoom call with a major client on Monday. Our Platinum Plan gives you peace of mind, knowing we will fit you in within 48 hours, even if we need to come after-hours. We provide loaner equipment* to keep your system running if a component needs to be replaced. Plus up to 6 free visits per year, 15% off all labor, unlimited phone support, and unlimited remote management of
your system (a $24 value)

In-home Services:

  • 48-hour scheduling for emergency appointments with after-hours service available
  • Equipment loaned to you* to keep your system running while awaiting replacements
  • 4 tune-up visits per year (up to 3 hours on site per visit) during regular business hours
  • 2 additional in-home visits per year (up to 1 hour on-site) during regular business hours.

Gold Plan

Today’s electronics are complicated and need regular updating. With our Gold Plan we’ll come out 4 times a year to optimize your electronics’ configuration (e.g., check settings, update firmware) to keep your system running smoothly. You’ll also have access to unlimited phone support, unlimited remote management, and 15% off labor for any additional work we do.

Silver Plan

If you want to keep up on basic system maintenance with some extra perks, our Silver Plan has you covered. We’ll perform 2 tune-up visits per year to do any firmware updates and check your system settings, plus 1 additional on-site visit each year for any issues that come up and 1 tech support call per month. And for any other work you want us to do, from a quick troubleshoot to a full-blown home automation system, you get 10% off all labor.
